Symphony, a secure online messaging app is opening an R&D center in the tech hub of Sophia Antipolis (South of France)! Read the reasons why CEO David Gurle chose France to develop his US startup. [article in French]

French startup SpeachMe raised 10 million euros to expand in Asia and Middle-East. Already present in the US and Canada, SpeachMe is a collaborative learning platform where employees from the same company share their skills with their peers. [article in French]

Danish startup¬†Corti¬†developed an emergency AI that assists people experiencing heart attack’s symptoms. The machine analyzes the words and clues in the background to evaluate how serious the patient‚Äôs conditions are and sends the information to the ambulance team. French gaming company Ubisoft built a partnership with Chinese Tech giant Tencent to develop mobile games on Tencent’s social media app Wechat. [article in English]
